Program Possibilities


Classroom Grants
Grants will be awarded twice during the school year to teachers for one–time class projects. A grant application can be submitted by a parent or student collaboration with a teacher, or by a teacher. Although these are for one–time projects, they may provide money and materials for ongoing programs.


Teacher Recognition and Student Achievement Awards
Awards will be given to teachers and students to recognize excellence in teaching and learning. These awards will supplement regularly–funded recognitions.


Scholarships
Memorial or other scholarships for students or teachers.


Individual Subject Awards
Awards encouraging the growth of academics and the importance of the subject.


Partners in Education
This program would encourage business and school partnerships, including business sponsorships of grants and rewards, internships and tutoring.
